2018 Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel an event you have the option of transferring your entire deposit to another event one time without having to pay the cancellation fee.
• All cancellations must be received in writing to Winnebago Outdoor Adventures.
• If you cancel for any reason prior to final payment deadline, Winnebago Outdoor Adventures will retain a $50.00 cancellation fee for an Adventure or a Caravan.
• If you cancel for any reason 120 days to 30 days prior to the start of the event Winnebago Outdoor Adventures will retain a $75.00 cancellation fee for an Adventure and $150.00 cancellation fee for a Caravan, plus 10 percent of full cost of event, plus charges incurred from guarantees and/or deposits made for registrant.
•If you cancel for any reason 29 days or less prior to start of event, Winnebago Outdoor Adventures will retain a $75.00 cancellation fee for an Adventure and a $150.00 cancellation fee for a Caravan, plus 20 percent of full cost of event, plus charges incurred from guarantees and/or deposits made from registrant.

[NOTE: This can be a substantial amount. For Trip Cancellation Insurance information call 1-800-331-1520 – not available to Canadian residents] Normal processing time for adventure and caravan refunds is 6 to 8 weeks after the end of the event.
